San Francisco is a city that is not considered to be a tourist
destination in the proper sense of the word but it draws the interest of people
from all over the world coming to enjoy its beauty. There are many places of
interest in the city that are inherited from the rich cultural and historical
heritage of the area.

Re: Want a cheap tablet computer? Great shirt and only 30 bucks. The quality is definitely exceptional! Went to the web to research what 'Tokyo 5' means, the history behind the company and its relationship to MMA, reason why Renzo Gracie is now involved and who the heck is the owner and what is his background. What I came up with is, Tokyo 5 makes nice shirts. Their jeans cost $100 and this is severely overpriced. Who the hell, what guy is going to buy $100 jeans? Only groupies i guess. Board Shorts, $40 - Great price because Keiko's, who has the most excellent, durable, and toughest shorts for jiu jitsu on the market is $50. As far as the business end - it sucks. I'd be afriad to buy something for fear they'd just forget to ship it out.

Re: Adam Carolla, Manny Pacquiao, root cause and reputation management

Not really. And, I do not have any feelings of culpability for my actions. Everything that I said was true. When should people feel guilty about speaking the truth?

The real lesson of all this, for me, is that it ultimately confirms what I have long suspected and that it is bad English to talk about other people when they aren't there. And, if done publicly, it could be interpreted as libel or slander.

I think that one of the real reasons that I took the time to write those comments, was that deep down inside, I was applying for a job. At least in my mind, I know that they need help, in a big way. And the best thing that I could do for them is to take the position of the "revolutionary". It is the business of the "revolutionary" to criticize or otherwise oppose the acts of the CEO. This helps the CEO to ultimately not exhibit weakness. The "revolutionary" is kind of like a boxer's sparing partner. Only, the CEO is not sparing, he is doing his business as usual while the "revolutionary" is observing his actions and providing criticism. That feedback loop is important.

I think that most people would agree that my comments thus far in the past few days have gone a long way to motivate and stir the company to it's proper course.

So, if your looking for a sparing partner, I know how to deliver a punch.

Hopefully, next time we can both agree to use the gloves of privacy.

relax

Re: 5 reasons why GetTheBar.com will fail

Christian,

The last couple of months they had the five featured NPs logos on the home page. People don't generally want to make money to give away. A certain retailer does an annual cross channel promo that generates a lot of $ for charity but do customers really care that a % of sales go to charity? Most just want their $5 shirt.

If I'm making an extra $20 a month, I probably would not donate. Earning $20a month online income is hard for most people.

Re: 5 reasons why GetTheBar.com will fail

Had to delete A1's comment about Botolo Goups's CEO because they sent me a C&D

Re: 5 reasons why GetTheBar.com will fail

Christian,

The difference you are not admitting is people who don't have money to donate can generate revenue that will go to the non profits who otherwise would not be donating.

Actually it already has generated revenue for the non profits just from the 3rd party training ads.
